All deposits are to cover cleaning costs and are to be paid by separate check which will be held and returned or shredded if the area is adequately cleaned up after use.
All deposits and offerings are to be paid at least 3 weeks in advance.
Baptisms do not have a set offering for use of the Church.
There are no set Stole Fees but it is generally accepted that payments made to priests before or after sacraments are intended as Stole Fees unless otherwise specifically notified.
A person in charge needs to be documented and should be made aware of what is expected for cleanup (see bottom of document).
An authorized representative must submit a completed and signed Facility Usage/Indemnity Agreement. There is a version that's available for download and a version that can be completed directly on this site.

Items for Cleanup
Wipe off tables and chairs as needed
Empty garbage and place in the parking lot dumpster
Dust and mop floors
Clean all dishes used and return them to the cupboards
Clean kitchen area
Turn off Air Conditioning units
Return tables and chairs to their original position
In the Upper Room, this should be to the storage area
Lock doors and return keys to the Parish office the next working day. For DeSmet, the keys can also be locked in the kitchen area and workmen will pick up the key the next day
